Lead Abatement Program
The Lead Paint Abatement Program is designed to make local homes safer by reducing the harmful effects of lead paint. If your home is built before 1978 and located in Newport or Middletown, you may qualify for assistance. Please contact Aubrey Collins for more information and income eligibility.
