Homebuyer Training
CCHC offers homebuyer training classes to help first-time homebuyers navigate the homebuying process. CCHC's Community Land Trust homes are exclusively available to graduates of this course. All classes take place online using Zoom.

During the course, participants are required to make one-on-one appointments with the Homebuyer Trainer to create a household budget and review credit reports and scores.
