Church Community Housing Corporation and the City of Newport, Rhode Island have two Home Repair Loan Programs available for qualified homeowners who live in Newport County (Newport, Jamestown, Middletown, Portsmouth, Tiverton, and Little Compton, Rhode Island)

Church Community Housing Corporation provides guidance to individual families through the application, loan, and construction process. Church Community Housing Corporation helps in the determination of repairs by visiting the home, writing specifications, reviewing contractor bids, and monitoring each construction project from start to finish, insuring the work is done properly before any payments are made to contractors.
