Borges House Little Compton, RI
| |
Church Community Housing’s objective is to create a community that houses elderly (defined as 62 or older) persons in a building that is designed for and provides services that allow for “aging in place”. This means that as residents physical needs become more limiting they will be able to live at Borges House for much longer than they would in a regular, unplanned rental unit. CCHC intends to use environmentally sound building methods such as solar heating panels, and energy efficient windows and construction methods ensuring that we received an Energy Star rating on the overall development.
